You have the right to return your order within 30 days without giving a reason.

Please note that you cannot cancel orders immediately after placing them, as we pack and ship all packages immediately.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods, or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

If you order more than one bag, the other bags must be unopened and returned.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be charged for such a refund.

Return conditions:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The delivery of goods that are custom-made or personalized.
• If you order more than one bag, the other bags must be unopened and returned.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, returns that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning goods

You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods to us. You must return the goods via this link:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend insured and traceable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and subsequently shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. As soon as the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift card.

If the goods are not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the giver.
